Sales Tax
The Black Redneck is required to collect a 4% NYS sales tax on all orders shipped with a delivery address in the state of New York. Your sales tax is included in your purchase price and is not refundable with return.

Shipping Information
The Black Redneck offers free shipping via ground within the 48 contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges.

International Orders
The Black Redneck regrets that we cannot ship directly to countries other than Canada at this time. Please call for overseas phone orders.

Returns and Exchange Policy
The Black Redneck is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 30 days if you are unhappy with your order. Returns in new condition, in the original packaging are refundable within 30 days less a 30% restocking fee; less any additional shipping costs to ship the item to you. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping, sales tax and restocking fee within 30 days. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days store credit will be issued on returned items, subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and shipping & handling charges.
