Returns/Refunds  (If applicable)

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for products without any defects or due to a wrong color/size being ordered.  If you're unsure which size would fit better, check the sizing chart.  All sales are final.  Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.  If that's the case, please reach us within 14 days of receiving your order

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If you receive your order and it is defective or mislabeled, please provide us with a photo showing all defects, labels and your order number.   In this case, we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
